Thin Thursday- Week One

May 1, 2008

This week hasn’t been easy.  Trying to fit exercise into my day and following a reasonable diet obviously weren’t part of my (prior) regular routine.  So when I woke up this morning and went to weigh in on my scale, I just hoped it showed something to justify all my efforts.

Starting weight:  146

Current weight:  142.5

Total pounds lost: 3.5

Woo hoo!  I’ll take it!  I don’t feel or look much different, although I have been tightened up my belt by one notch.  I feel like WW is working pretty well for me, so I’m going to continue on that path and hopefully the weight will continue to come off!

So, week one down.  Seven more to go before I flaunt it in a swimsuit for the internet to see!

    That is wonderful progress. Congratulations!

    Today is Day One of WW for me, so my first weigh-in will be next Thursday. At least we’re on the same day!

    I have only lost a total of 5 lbs. My weight 177.

    Way to go :) 3.5 lost is better than 3.5 gained. WW is great once you get into the routine of points and portions.

    Today is my first day. I’m very short- barely 5 feet even. Weighed in today at 116.8. I should weigh 100 even. I hope I have some good news to report next Thursday.

    Great job! I didn’t technically start until Monday, but here are my stats nonetheless:

    Starting: 146 lb
    Today: 144 lb
    Pounds Lost: 2 lb

    Whoever said that breastfeeding is what helps you lose weight LIED!! :)

    Weight on Monday’s weigh-in - 161

    Down 3 on Monday, probably more by now. Jeans aren’t quite as snug.
