Thin Thursday
My body has gone through a huge transformation in the past couple of years. First, I got pregnant. I swelled from 130 pounds in September 2006, to 185 pounds during the course of my pregnancy. Since the birth of my son in June 2007, I have shed 40 pounds on the Nursing and Eating Random Crap Diet. For months now, I’ve been at a plateau of 146 pounds. All that on a woman who is only 5′2″.
On April 24, I decided that enough was enough. I joined Weight Watchers online. I got my ass off the couch and on the treadmill. I resolved to lose at least 15 to 20 pounds. And to keep me accountable? I promised to post my weight each Thursday, and at the end of eight weeks, put a picture of myself on the internet in a swimsuit for everyone to see. Come here on June 19, and you’ll see it. For better or for worse (please God, let it be for the better!)
I’m calling it Thin Thursday. And you, internet-ers, are my inspiration. When I feel like being lazy, I think about you. When I think about posting a crappy weight loss number for the week and think about you reading it, and I get up and work out. I think about posting a picture of myself in a swimsuit and you seeing my fat rolls and lumpy stomach and I take my hand off the box of brownies.
CURRENT STATS
Starting weight: 146
Last week’s weight: 138.5
Current weight: 139.5
Weight loss this week: 0– One pound gain (fat ass)
Total pounds lost: 6.5
Weeks to go before swimsuit reveal: 3
So, stop by each week to see how I do! And give it up for these Kellybeans readers who are joining me in this weight loss quest. Some of them are gonna post their weights, and some are posting pictures, too! We’re all hoping to get healthier and look HAWT on the beach this summer.

Down just a pound this week but better than gaining. I just got asked to be a bridesmaid in February so now I really need to get cracking!

Total lost since we started - 9 lbs. Yippee!! I haven’t seen 155 on a scale in so long. God it feels good.
